To attract more than 2000 Alumni who acquired their education in China and over 100 Chinese companies operating in Zimbabwe and other non-Chinese companies operating in Zimbabwe.
The specific objectives of OSAA:
• Operating as a bridge between students who studied in China by placing them in Chinese companies that are operating in Zimbabwe that need their skills and expertise.
• Making it easier for Chinese companies that are operating in Zimbabwe to get employees that understand the Chinese culture and way of doing business.
• Offering services to other companies that need to engage with alumni or Chinese companies.
• Operating as a platform to enhance the China-Zimbabwe relationships through philanthropical and diplomatic ways.
• Offering training to Alumni so they can easily adapt to the business setting.
